Changed tubing to smaller liquid inlet and larger gas out let in an attempt to control direction of liquid flow, my check valve decided not to work, they wouldn’t open, I guess plastic air valves don’t like NAOH.
Anyway, the flow rate didn’t change stayed at 200ml/min, up’ d the Solution from 5tsp/L to 7 in [...]

Here’s the Parts list: thanks to Nine_Dots
For the capacitor use any of these
1 – 1000uf 50v (Radio Shack – $2.59)
or
1 – 708uf to 850uf 125VAC to 165VAC
(take it off an old motor control if you have access)
or
(You can rape this from an old ATX power supply)
680uf 200v
1- For the PWM, use one of the 30a [...]

Saw this abbreviation used lately several times and I like it much better than HHO, even the meaning, Hydrogen Fuel Enhancement sounds better and probably says loads more for what we are trying to do.
So from now on I’m working on HFE cells!

Lets not try to get to technical here, I’ve read every description of why HHO works to save gasoline I can find. Some explanations can get mind boggling, and others a high school chemistry student can prove right or wrong. So here is my explanation and theory, added to all the others for you [...]

Just wondering, with all this interest in HHO Fuel, what do you want to see available here?
A) Reviews of different systems that are ready built, or kit form?
B) Ready made cells to purchase and install?
C) Links to other hho experimentation forums?
D) Videos of unit operation?
E) More plans for cells, bubblers, etc
reply and let us [...]

Has anyone tried a wire wound cell?
One that is made from SS wire wrapped around some insulating core.
I know water4gas is of this type, but what about multiple layers of winding?
Would this place a magnetic field in the cell?
Should they all be wound the direction, or opposite directions?
I have a suspicion after observing the Joe [...]

Many welding supply stores and dealers offer acetylene and oxygen flashback units for welding, these might be able to be adapted to HHO and are a lot smaller than a bubbler. Also do a net search for dealers if you don’t have one locally.

One of the most common ways to test output, while not real accurate, is to find two bottles that will fit into each other and slide easily. Cut the top off the larger one, and the bottom off the smaller leaving the cap side intact. Cut or drill a hole to insert your tubing into [...]
