Here’s a free software program for designing circuits and pcb boards. ExpressPCB. it has both circuit and board design capabilities, and looks to be reasonable pricing if you need the boards made.
Any schematic I post here is made with it and the .sch file can be zipped and posted for download if requested.
Here’s to open [...]

To insulate a plate or plates from a combination structural bolt and electric connection, the prefered way is probably Nylon bushings, but these never seem to the length or OD that I want to use, so I have resorted to using pvc tubing that just fits over the bolt and cut to the length I [...]

I’ve noticed there are some clear plastic HFE containers on youtube and other sites, so I checked on some and the cost & availability. I found one aquarium supply house that has most of the supplies that can be used, tubing, check valves, connectors, glue, etc. Aquatic Eco-Systems
I have no affiliation with Aquatic Eco-Systems [...]

I found SS wire in the tool dept of Home Depot, its 306L and .060 dia welding wire, solid wire, for under $10
it is stiff and tends to kink till you get used to it, dont know how long it would hold up under continous use, but will work for testing.
Also spotted some braided SS [...]

CPVC and PVC pipe and fittings can be found at almost any plumbing or building supplier in sizes from 1/2″ to 4″ diameter and in 8 to 10′ lengths. Be aware that PVC doesn’t hold up to as high a heat as CPVC.
I have found that the glues used to ‘cement’ them together should be [...]

Many welding supply stores and dealers offer acetylene and oxygen flashback units for welding, these might be able to be adapted to HHO and are a lot smaller than a bubbler. Also do a net search for dealers if you don’t have one locally.

To my surprise there are cheap, effective check valves available. They are not where I expected them to be available. Check out your local aquarium dealer, there are many styles available, metal and plastic, with cracking/opening pressures from .21- 5 psi available. If you cant find what you need search the net for dealers.

Got parts? Where did you find them? Everyone looks for something locally and cant find it, let us know where you found it! Is it a recycled part, a modded part, a common household item Can you build a part for someone else? Can you supply parts?
