Here’s a free software program for designing circuits and pcb boards. ExpressPCB. it has both circuit and board design capabilities, and looks to be reasonable pricing if you need the boards made.
Any schematic I post here is made with it and the .sch file can be zipped and posted for download if requested.

found this site for help on what units your vehicle has, and where are they – AutoZone
go to top and find ‘current vehicle’, select year, make, model, and engine.
the repair guides I found helpful were engine performance and emissions, and engine electrical
also component locations is helpful finding where the parts are.

Here is some info on the sensors and how they work:
O2 sensor: as far as I can tell they O2 enhancer is sometimes called EFIE, rather than make a long post I found a fairly good article on the O2 sensor and plans for enhancer for use with HFE Cell.

Much info has started to come in on the sensors that need to be bypassed or altered to allow the HFE Cell to work with newer fuel injected engines, so a new category has been added.
